Working within the Data & Analytics team, you will act as the bridge between HR stakeholders and data teams. You will lead functional analysis activities, explore and validate SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) data products, and contribute to the design and delivery of analytical solutions in a modern data environment built around Snowflake and SAP analytics technologies.
This assignment is ideal for a hands-on data professional with strong SAP HR expertise who enjoys translating business requirements into robust reporting and analytics solutions.

Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will work independently on analysis and delivery activities while bringing specialist SAP HR and SAP Business Data Cloud expertise into the team. You will support the development of scalable HR analytics solutions and help build internal knowledge within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional analysis workshops with HR stakeholders and translate business needs into:
- Data requirements
- Business rules
- KPI definitions
- Reporting requirements
- Explore, profile and assess SAP Business Data Cloud HR data products, including:
- Data structure
- Granularity
- Historical records
- Data quality and gaps
- Design analytical data models, calculations and KPI frameworks suitable for reporting and analytics
- Support the integration of SAP BDC data products into the Snowflake platform alongside backend data teams
- Contribute to the implementation of business-driven reporting and analytics solutions using Snowflake and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Perform data testing and validation activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy and reconciliation with source systems
- Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, portfolio management, data engineers and reporting teams
- Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy and GDPR requirements, particularly regarding sensitive HR data
- Share SAP expertise and best practices with fellow analysts to strengthen internal capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
SAP & HR Expertise
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and BDC data products
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR data and processes, including:
- SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM
- Organizational structures
- Positions and workforce management
- Employee master data
- Time management
- Payroll-related data
Data & Analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data exploration, profiling and analysis
- Data modelling and KPI development experience
- Data testing, validation and reconciliation expertise
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP analytics capabilities

- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications
