Your role: build long-term client partnerships 🚀

As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, while also reactivating dormant accounts. You’ll work closely with our recruitment team to ensure that clients receive the best possible staffing solutions.

 

In addition, you’ll engage in prospecting for new clients, mainly through warm leads and opportunities within your network.

 

This balanced approach allows you to expand your client base while continuing to nurture and develop long-term relationships with both current and past clients.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Expand client relationships: Maintain and develop strong relationships with our existing clients.
  • Prospect new clients: Engage in prospecting, mainly through warm leads and opportunities within your existing network.
  • Reactivate dormant clients: Identify and revive collaborations with inactive accounts.
  • Advisory role: Provide strategic, targeted advice to guide clients through their staffing selection processes.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team: Work closely with our Recruitment Team to match the best candidates to your clients’ needs.

 

What makes you a great fit?

  • Relationship-driven: You excel at building and nurturing client relationships, particularly at the C-level.
  • IT Staffing experience: You bring at least 2 years of commercial experience in the IT staffing industry.
  • Communication & commercial savvy: You’re a strong communicator with a keen eye for commercial opportunities.
  • Proactive & adaptable: You’re independent, proactive, and able to adapt to changing circumstances to drive results.
  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a bonus.

 

Work with a strong, collaborative team

In this role, you’ll work closely with our skilled recruitment team to ensure clients get the perfect candidates. You’ll be part of a sales team of 4, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, working together to drive the success and growth of our IT Staffing division.
