As a Process & Business Analyst, you will contribute to the successful realization of strategic programs and projects within the telecom & network solutions segment. You will support project operations and the organization in terms of methodology, processes, and digitalization, and be part of an open and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Development: Develop processes and further digitalization and automation, both conceptually and technically.
- Project Support: Assist the project organization in executing projects or programs by monitoring planning, budget, and scope.
- Reporting: Responsible for creating reports for project and resource planning, quality, and risk management.
- Methodology and Tools: Support project operations in terms of methodology, project management, process, and digitalization.
- Client Needs Analysis: Detect and analyze client needs, translate them into processes and suitable tools, implement and support these solutions, and provide training and workshops to end-users.
- Project Coherence: Ensure coherence between projects and provide operational support for various projects and programs in alignment with the Program Manager and/or client, adhering to timelines, budgets, and planning.
- Transparent Reporting: Report transparently and clearly to management and end clients, offering expertise in designing and executing new reports.
- Tool Development: Use existing project management tools and help enhance their quality, focusing on digitalization.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare and follow up on recurring meetings.
Technical Skills
Mandatory Skills
- Education: Bachelor/Master in Business Engineering
- Languages: Bilingual (French, Dutch)
- BPMN: Knowledge and experience
- Power BI and DAX: Knowledge and experience
- Documentation: Ability to write processes/procedures/work instructions and manage documentation
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst and Process Analyst
Additional Skills
- SharePoint/Power Automate/Power Apps: Knowledge and experience
- ADKAR Methodology: Knowledge and experience in change management within an organization
- Project Management Methodologies: Knowledge of Prince2, PMI, Agile
- ERP SAP: Knowledge of modules PS, PM
