our client aims to optimize the operational processes of the Grid Operations department to simplify, digitize, and standardize them. The first process to be examined is the Team Process ‘Network and Customer Cabins’. The second and final phase of digitizing the Cabines Réseau & Clients team will soon take place. To prepare for this, the processes need to be analyzed to map, simplify, and standardize them as much as possible.
Activities:
- Analyze and model processes.
- Propose simplification and standardization where possible and advocate for these changes.
- Prepare documentation that consolidates all analyses and arguments.
2. Emergency Response System
Our client intends to analyze and document the current standby and service systems that ensure emergency interventions in detail. This involves various stakeholders, including operational services, legal, and HR teams. The ultimate goal is to propose improvements, considering operational, legal, and personnel constraints.
Activities:
- Analyze and document the AS-IS situation and their justifications in detail.
- Propose improvements, considering internal and external constraints, as well as the feasibility of their implementation.
- Prepare documentation that consolidates all analyses and arguments.
3. Future Analyses and Process Studies
In 2025, additional analyses and/or process studies will be initiated.
Responsibilities of the BPA (French Version)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process or customer journey analyses according to the method defined by the Contracting Authority.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, define optimization solutions that meet the objectives of the concerned operational service, prioritize, and plan their implementation.
- Act as the point of contact for operational services, managing change.
- Support operational services in formalizing and drafting existing processes, in compliance with company standards, and in close collaboration with the CPIM (Corporate Process and Information Management) service, responsible for their centralized management.
- Support the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of process monitoring systems (KPI and Balanced Score Card).
- Serve as Project Manager for certain initiatives.
- Formalize business requirements when process improvements involve changes to existing application solutions or the development of new applications.
- Provide Functional Analysts with the necessary information to initiate and monitor changes to IT systems.
