Our client is looking for a Change Expert.
To support our client’s transformation plan, we are looking to hire a Change Management Manager for our Change Management Cell – Transformation Division.
The services will take place on-site in Liège, with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days per week (minimum 3 days on-site presence).
Their main responsibility will be to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize team adoption and minimize resistance.
The primary tasks required involve conducting change management activities and producing deliverables across multiple projects in accordance with the company’s defined change management methodology:
Define a structured and adapted approach to change:
- Identify stakeholders.
- Conduct necessary impact analyses.
- Analyze potential resistances.
- Design the change plan (communication plan, training plan, engagement plan, etc.)
Execute the change plan:
- Pilot and monitor activities related to the change plan (communication, training, engagement, etc.).
- Measure and evaluate the situation continuously throughout the project.
- Ensure that the determined and essential deliverables are well executed and adapted for production.
- Establish sustainability activities:
- Control the level of adoption.
- Handle feedback and make corrections accordingly.
- Measure the anchoring of change and make improvements accordingly.
- Control the level of adoption during and after the project.
