Job Offer: Client Communication Consultant at ORES

Mission:

  • Type: Full-time
  • Duration: 6 months, renewable
  • Start Date: March 3, 2025
  • Location: Partial remote work, mandatory presence at the Gosselies site (minimum 2 days/week)
  • Travel: Driver's license and vehicle recommended

Context: ORES places the client at the center of its communication activities. To facilitate this, the company aims to:

Within ORES, particularly in the Clients and Markets division, the client is at the heart of our activities. To support this ambition, we have established the following strategic axes:

  • Digitalization: Dominant client interaction channel, while continuing our public service role for non-digital clients or those needing assistance. By 2030, over 80% of transactions (by quadrant) will be digitized, focusing on inbound and outbound transactions.
  • Client Satisfaction: Achieving a satisfaction level >8/10
  • Cost Reduction: Reducing existing costs of non-digital channels (mail, calls, etc.) and avoiding additional costs in light of expected increases in client interactions.
  • Reporting: Strengthening reporting/KPI tools and dashboards across all communication channels and application sources.
  • Simplicity: Simplifying communications to be understood by clients on the first read.

These axes require a clear view of client journeys and communications, as well as the levers available to improve them.

Responsibilities:

  • Propose and co-organize the design, implementation, and evaluation of communication plans for company projects and services, within the strategy established by marketing.
  • Ensure the development and adherence to budgets, communication timings/deadlines.
  • Supervise the management of contacts, relationships, and contracts with external providers: communication agencies, event organizers, public or private institutions.
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity and create creative messages adapted to targets and coherent with ORES's image.
  • Ensure the dissemination, implementation, validation, and adherence to this visual identity and messages to support a coherent, strong, and uniform communication from ORES to clients across all communication channels.
  • Implement and execute the actions of ORES's client communication plans with the communication team and other concerned colleagues.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and determine KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communication actions and report on them.
  • Evolve existing communication plans based on needs and inform the communication team of changes and updates in communication plans.
  • Guarantee the coherence of client communication plan actions with the corporate communication plan and the company's overall communication plan.
  • Stay informed about developments in the energy sector and their impact on client communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (corporate, finance) to ensure the integration of communication content into client channels.
  • Provide backup for the community manager and webmaster.

  • Coordination of contacts: Facilitating the implementation of communication plan modeling and action follow-up.
