Programmable Money Stream
In the Programmable Money stream, our client works on expanding the programmable money platform, Kate Coin, for internal products and commercialization with partners. They work year-round on new features, optimizing the architecture, and ensuring the solutions remain future-proof.
Team Collaboration
Our client works in a team to develop ideas, support their development, and roll them out to customers. They communicate and coordinate with developers, project leads, business analysts, UX, communication, analytics, accessibility, and interfacing teams to ensure a qualitative delivery of new features. This involves:
- Creating user stories that build up the feature and planning them according to the developers' availabilities to respect estimated delivery timelines.
- Taking a leading role in the implementation of user stories, doing daily follow-ups, and providing necessary support.
- Conveying knowledge of new features through specifically designed preparation meetings.

Project Management

They maintain close contact with all interface teams, leading coordination efforts to ensure timely delivery.
Testing Coordination
During the testing period, our client takes on a coordinating role. They inform testers, ensure incoming front-end bugs are properly assigned to the development team, assist in investigating root causes, and help testers finalize all committed features on time.
