Modern Workplace Engineer

Key responsibilities

  • You are a senior desktop engineer

  • You integrate our Digital Workplace department where, as a team member, you help solve complex incidents and fulfill requests.
  • You collaborate with other departments when needed.
  • You help maintaining the park of endpoints (desktop, laptops, and smartphones).
  • You provide regular updates and reports to management and document tickets in an unambiguous language. You propose structural improvements.

Technical Skills

  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and 11.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
  • Familiarity with security best practices, including endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability management
  • Proficient in device management tools (SCCM, Intune).
  • Relevant certifications in your area of competence (e.g., MD-102, MS-102) are a plus.
  • You are at ease with GPOs
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and practices for IT service management
  • Proven experience in a role as 3d line desktop engineer.
