User Experience Designer
Context
We have a central team that provides User Experience services for the development of digital applications. As a designer, you work with colleagues to elevate the user experience of digital applications to a higher level.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the preparation and facilitation of ideation workshops
- You develop low and high fidelity wireframes and prototypes
- You prepare, facilitate, and report on user tests
- You analyze, implement, and monitor UX Guidelines
- You report to a project leader or team lead
- You take technical implications into account during the design process
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with UX-driven application development
- Experience facilitating online and offline workshops
- Experience conducting user research and testing, both on-site and remote (moderated and unmoderated)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience with assignments in large companies where aligning various stakeholders is important
- Knowledge of Adobe XD and Axure RP
- Knowledge and experience in designing mobile applications
- Knowledge of Material Design for Android
