Our client is looking for a Project Manager.
- Collaborate on challenging projects crucial for the continuity and performance of the company’s core business activities.
- Participate in projects aimed at promoting rail traffic in ports and distributing information related to rail traffic management to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage various projects according to the SDLC principle, including:
- Project planning
- Budget and scope management
- Risk identification and management
- Maintaining good liaison with different stakeholders
- Reporting to management
- Always respect procedures during the execution of your mission.
- Regular travel to Antwerp is required as this is a collaboration with the Port of Antwerp.

Technical Skills & Soft Skills
- (M) At least 7 years of relevant experience as a project leader in software development
- (M) At least 7 years of relevant experience in project management
- (M) At least 1 certification for a methodology (in order of importance): Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, or PMP
- (M) At least 5 years of experience with MS Project
- (M) At least C2 level in Dutch or French, and at least B2 level in the other language
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge in:
- Leadership/Team management
- Budget management
- Cost management
- Risk management
- Communication/Presentation
- Change Management
- Motivation, values, and knowledge of our client’s mission
- Sense of initiative, stress resistance, team integration
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to ensure projects are completed on time
- Quickly and efficiently identify and resolve problems that may arise during a project
- Make well-considered decisions, often under pressure or with limited information
- Adapt to changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges
- Collaborate well with others and foster a harmonious and productive team environment
- Understand and anticipate client needs to ensure the project meets their expectations
- Negotiate effectively with stakeholders, suppliers, and team members to achieve the best results for the project
