Our client is looking for an Analytics Engineer.
As an Analytics Engineer, you will be part of the Data & Intelligence team. This team supports the entire organization in its data-driven operations. You will work closely with data engineers and data analysts, acting as the missing link between them. You will assist teams in solving complex data issues, gathering and combining data from various sources, and optimizing datasets for visualization. From the beginning of new data source integrations, you will be involved, ensuring documentation and proactively thinking about the opportunities and insights this data could bring.

Profile
- At least 2 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Good knowledge of data modeling
- Knowledge of git version control principles is a plus
- Experience with the development framework dbt
- Experience with automated data quality checks using tools like Great Expectations
- Experience working with Power BI
- Ability to translate business requirements into necessary data transformations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Understanding the value of good documentation and doing it thoroughly
- Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Team player with good communication skills
- Customer and result-oriented
- Good knowledge of Dutch
- Knowledge of Scrum and DevOps is a plus
Contract Details
This is a freelance contract through an intermediary. The client uses the platform of the organization Public Sourcing for this selection process. You will be offered a contract not with the client, but with Public Sourcing. Offer
You will receive a full-time contract for a freelance assignment through an intermediary for 12 months. Extensions and rate adjustments are possible by mutual agreement (up to 3 extensions and rate adjustments according to the applicable Agoria index).
