Our client is looking for an experienced developer (10+ years) in OpenText Exstream, Doc Presentment, and Notifications to join its teams for a CCM implementation project. The selected candidate will work on the development of templates and the integration of solutions within our existing infrastructure. This position requires immediate commencement, with the mission extending until the end of December 2025. Part of the mission can be done remotely in consultation with the manager, but a presence at the Gosselies site for a minimum of 2 days per week is mandatory. Candidates for full remote work will not be considered. Additional on-site presence may be requested from the consultant, depending on service needs (occasionally).
Responsibilities:
- Integration of output queues for printing and electronic channels.
- Understanding client requirements and finalizing the input file structure.
- Mastery of various output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower).
- Mastery of Doc Presentment for SAP and input idoc formats.
- Design and planning of technical and business understanding documents.
- Creation of unit test cases for unit/integration tests and UAT.
- Effective quality assurance (QA) execution.
- Identification of performance optimization and cost reduction opportunities within the project.
- Adherence to best development and unit testing practices.
- Effective review of daily deliverables.
- Participation in project status meetings with the team.
Required Technical Skills:
- Complete document lifecycle experience and in-depth knowledge of OpenText Exstream.
- Experience with OpenText Exstream Live, Empower, and Content Author.
- Mastery of OpenText Exstream, Doc Presentment for SAP, Command Center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, WorkShop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor.
- Experience in upgrading and migration projects of OpenText Exstream.
- Experience in direct communication with clients.
- Programming or scripting skills (Java, shell script, Cobol, .net).
- Excellent debugging and error resolution skills.
