As part of various BI projects, our client is looking for a data analyst. The data analyst will analyze data using various statistical and analytical techniques to gain insights and make or support data-driven decisions. The data analyst is responsible for developing maintainable, understandable, and usable data models. Additionally, the data analyst has the necessary data visualization and storytelling skills to clearly present decisions to clients. Finally, the data analyst can set up data modeling governance and associated processes and procedures.
Technical Skills
Mandatory
- (M) Knowledge and experience with Power BI (or equivalent visualization tool).
- (M) Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server and/or MS Fabric DWH.
- (M) Knowledge and experience with SQL for data modeling needs.
- (M) Ability to set up data modeling governance.
Optional
- Knowledge or experience in one of the following areas:
- Data Mesh.
- Git, CI/CD, unit tests.
