For this we are looking for a motivated and skilled Business analyst to reinforce our team.
Description
As a Business Analyst, you are the voice of our business towards our IT-department. You analyse the information and the processes needed to support our business plans & formulate (non-)functional requirements of the business organization. In addition, you advise on the lifecycle of the information solutions and evaluate the impact in terms of change management.
Your main responsibilities will be
- analysing business requirements and designing related processes
- supporting Digital Transformations based mainly on D365
- identifying areas for improvement in business processes
- providing possible ICT-solutions compliant with the ICT-strategy
- developing business cases related to the proposed solutions
- analysing required information and documents
- developing plans for the continuity of operations
- Support go live via training, communication and follow up of after care in the field.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree combined with relevant experience as a senior Business Analyst where you have dealt with complex business situations
- You have experience in change management and workshop facilitation techniques, often in a remote environment
- You have strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with internal stakeholders.
- You are proactive, adaptive and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.
- You are structured, pragmatic and can challenge people in order to come to a good conclusion.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Background in Dynamics D365 F&O or CE is considered a plus.
