Our client is looking for an IT/HR Project Manager.
You will work within the Business Solutions department and report to the Manager of Build & Transform. The main mission of the department is to ensure internal performance by offering quality IT solutions. We develop, operate, and maintain a range of internal IT solutions such as the SAP suite and SuccessFactors, as well as document management solutions like SharePoint, Documentum, or OpenText, case management solutions, the intranet, the mobile application, and the website. We propose and develop a strategic vision for the digital evolution of internal performance.
You will join the Build & Transform team, responsible for the analysis, preparation, and execution of departmental projects.
Project Responsibilities
You will be in charge of two projects:
Project TURBO
Coordinate the migration of SAP BSP/JSP/Webdynpro applications to UI5.
Project DEP (Electronic Personnel File)
Implement OpenText as the electronic personnel file and deploy the solution.
Your Role as Project Manager
- Initiate projects and work packages, and define solutions with teams (functional and non-functional scope, architectural and technical, budget, planning).
- Ensure the coherence of these projects with other ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with key internal and external suppliers.
- Coordinate implementation and ensure RUN preparation at the end of the project, in connection with the Service Manager(s).
- Prepare change requests and potential tenders to obtain the defined solution components.
- Coordinate and supervise execution, testing, training, and change management phases.
- Coordinate project activities in collaboration with the business, other IT departments, and external suppliers.
- Conduct risk analysis, identify providers, interlocutors, and experts, define and implement the project organization, including the project team, and be its driving force.
- Ensure decision-making, communication, and reporting to stakeholders directly or indirectly concerned by the project.
