Vision Development
Develop a vision for the My bpost app as a channel.
Define the backlog of initiatives aimed to reinforce the digital strategy for functionality and user experience.
Collaboration and Analysis
Collaborate with Product, IT, and UX Design teams to identify and address app journey friction points.
Continuously analyze user feedback and behavior data to enhance the user experience.
Execution and Stakeholder Alignment
Ensure the execution of planned launches.
Secure alignment with stakeholders in due time.
A/B Testing and User Satisfaction
Drive A/B tests to enhance user satisfaction, onboarding processes, and user retention interfaces.
Align these efforts with overall business objectives.
Marketing Strategy
Work with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to provide clear briefings.
Create integrated marketing strategies aimed at increasing mobile app awareness, engagement, usage, and loyalty.
App Store Management
Take ownership of the My bpost app's appearance in Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Manage reviews and ensure a positive presence.
Analytics and KPI Tracking
Partner with analytics teams to establish, track, and report on KPIs.
Unlock data-driven insights and identify new opportunities.
Daily Operations
Follow up on the day-to-day activities of the My bpost app squads.
