Our central UX team is at the heart Of this transformation, crafting intuitive and impactful digital applications. As a UX Designer, you'll collaborate with your team to elevate Our user experience to new heights.
What You'll DO
- prepare and facilitate deation workshops: spark creativity and innovation by preparing and
- facilitating engaging workshops.
- Design & Prototype:
- designing complex internal applications for both web and mobile.
- low-fidelity wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
- user Testing: Plan, conduct, and analyze user tests to ensure our designs hit the mark.
- Governance: Implement and uphold UX governance rules to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate & Report: Work closely with your team lead and project manager to keep projects on
- track.
Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, With a strong background in UX design, research and
- analysis.
- Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled at aligning diverse stakeholders in large organizations.
- Design Skills: Proficient in designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of Figma and Material Design.
- Toolkits: Experience working with a standard Design System/Design toolkit for Android (and iOS).
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience in organizing and leading workshops is a plus.
- Language Skills: proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and English.
- It's a plus when: you have experience with S/4HANA-Fiori.
