You design and optimize conversation flows for our virtual assistant, focusing on a human-centered, seamless customer experience. If the customer is not engaged, then it is not UX. Therefore, you analyze and improve conversation patterns using research. You strive to exceed expectations with every interaction. Together with project teams and AI experts, you develop innovative, customer-oriented solutions that precisely meet user needs. You stay updated on trends in AI, Gen AI, and LLMs, and apply these to devise new solutions. You are equally alert to opportunities and risks. Thanks to your expertise in UX and behavioral design, you smoothly translate customer journeys into intuitive and consistent interactions in our chat and voice assistants. A very good knowledge of Dutch is essential.
Task description
As a UX Designer, you're an expert in user experience and visual translation of functional expectations :
- Together with the project teams, you work on a solution that includes the functional expectations of your target audience;
- You provide an excellent user experience and visual translation in all of our digital touchpoints;
- You test and improve your designs through interaction with end users;
- You study and analyze user data as input for improvements;
- You follow developments and trends in the outside world (experiences, navigation patterns, etc.);
- You ensure consistency within and between our channels, monitor or adjust previously established elements, behaviors, and interactions (incl. documenting and motivating);
- In the long term, you will delve deeper into one of the financial needs domains of the bank insurer;
- You promote the importance of experience design within the organization and strive to enhance the experience in our channels
