Service Description:
The service is responsible for the maintenance and development of one or more applications used within Elia Asset Management for the maintenance and expansion of the high-voltage electrical grid, with attention to quality, scope, planning, and budget. The service acts as the interface between the business and the IT project leader.
Expectations:
- Collaborating on modeling business processes, the IT tools to support them, and guidelines for using these tools.
- Writing specifications for the applications, validating them with the business, and prioritizing these changes in various releases.
- Validating the functional analysis of IT.
- Testing and validating changes with the business after IT development and implementing them.
- Maintaining contacts with the business, IT, and other business analysts.
Additional Requirements:
- A master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent through experience.
- Preferably several years of experience.
- Affinity for IT tools and interest in the electrical sector.
- Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate assertively and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Skilled in planning and organization.
- Sufficient customer orientation and flexibility.
