Our client is searching for a Project Leader.
1. Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
Our client is actively searching a Project Leader to join our E2E Process & Change team within the department IT E2E Testing & Process.
The candidate will work on projects within Life/NL/EB/Corp. Client Division within our IT department. He/she will be responsible for leading the projects to their successful implementation (50%) and for the contribution of the improvement tracks in the framework of Project Management (50%).
This includes (but not exclusively):
- Communication & synchronization with the business project leader & project board members.
- Collaboration with the architecture teams & the team leaders of the different domains impacted or involved in the project for the scoping & estimation of the project.
- Adequate communication & reporting to the management (both IT & Business) on the project progress.
- Planning & follow-up of the project resources & deliverables
- Negotiating the priorities, scope, schedule, budget and quality to achieve the best result
- Anticipate the risks and problems of the project in order to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Communicate to the process owner the difficulties and bottle necks in the management of the projects
- Propose the possible improvement initiatives for the PM track (eg. Related to the estimation process, guidelines, standards, controls, etc.)
- Follow-up the implementation of the new initiatives/improvements in the ongoing projects
- Promote the use of new initiatives among other members of the project
- Provide regular feedback to the process owner on the status of the implementation of new initiaitives
2. Mission period
- Expected Start date: April 2024
- Duration: 12 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)
