Our client is looking for a Business Analyst.
Company Overview: Fluxys Digital conceives, develops, and manages all ICT systems for Fluxys. As part of our role in the energy transition, Fluxys Digital is transforming its way of working towards a “Product Centric” organization, fostering a new mode of collaboration between business and Digital teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Programme Manager to deliver the new operating model.
- Support the rollout of the product-centric organization within Digital teams.
- Assist the Programme Manager in defining and following up on detailed planning of Program activities.
- Act as a key member of the Product Centricity Team, driving discussions and shaping the future operating model.
- Engage with stakeholders to discuss, define, and document new processes for the Product Centric organization, highlighting changes from current processes.
General Skills:
- Master's degree in a technical, scientific, or economic discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Curiosity about the business and a desire to learn.
- Familiarity with software development and application delivery.
- Over 4 years of relevant professional experience in organizational changes.
- Ability to follow conversations in Dutch and French, and fluency in English.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in business process modeling and business information modeling.
- Experience in setting up a product organization.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
