- Ensures seamless integration of services within the ecosystem for high-quality, secure, end-to-end service delivery to governments in Flanders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT manager/coordinator in a medium/large enterprise.
- Proven experience with ITIL processes.
- Higher education (Master's), preferably in an ICT-related field, supplemented with advanced management training.
- Proven experience in the daily operational management of an ICT organization and team leadership.
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

- Collaborates with multiple ICT partners through various framework contracts.
Technical Context
- Manage Service Integration services and ensure seamless alignment between services and processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for optimal service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the Service Integration product team within Partner & Ecosysteem.
- Report and follow up on SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Identify and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Oversee Service Delivery Management for the ecosystem of exploitation and development services.
- Ensure quality execution of Service Integration and Service Delivery processes through supporting systems like ServiceNow.
- Monitor compliance with information security requirements and implement necessary measures to ensure data and system security.
- Ensure ICT partners meet contractual obligations through a clear governance structure.
- Define and manage the roadmap for Service Integration services, adopting a co-creation approach with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the sourcing strategy of Digitaal Vlaanderen.
