We are actively looking for a Digital Workplace Expert to provide first-line support to end-users.
You will assist users with their issues and inquiries either remotely (via mail, phone, or a ticketing system) or in person at one of our IT Corners. Additionally, you will assist with recurring and proactive tasks within the team, including regular maintenance, updates, and improvements to our systems and processes to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist our end-users.
- Help and guide with technical resolution of software and hardware-related incidents.
- Perform proactive maintenance on our devices and systems.
- Review and update technical documentation.
- Guard the accuracy of our internal tools (such as CMDB) and maintain a record of all performed activities in our ticketing system.
- Work at least 3 days per week at one of our locations in Brussels.
- Work up to 2 days per week from home, one day starting at 07:00 and the other ending at 17:00.
Language
- Fluent in French (FR), Dutch (NL), and English (EN): reading, writing, and speaking.
Technical Expertise
- Basic knowledge about computer hardware and software, specifically Microsoft Windows 10 and 11. Experience with virtual computers is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of internet and cloud-related technologies (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc.).
- Experience with iPhone and iPad devices.
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, and/or ticketing systems (e.g., Omnitracker).
- MS-900: M365 Fundamentals
- SC-900: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
