Description
As a senior generic Functional Analyst, you have over 5 years of experience in managing the functional design of information systems :
- You create the concept and manage the planning for preliminary analysis and design phase;
- You perform the functional analysis of information systems and draw up the functional design after the prestudy;
- You support changes and enhancements from development through production;
- You recommend and implement system enhancements;
- You develop new program requirements and specifications to support specific customer needs;
- You support system upgrades and resolve problems with current systems;
- You analyse service requests to determine feasibility, technological changes, resource requirements and project time estimates.

Analytisch sterke Functioneel/Technisch Analyst met expertise in facturatie- en accountingsoftware, betalingsopvolging en API-integraties.
Ervaren in het analyseren van softwarepakketten, het vertalen van functionele vereisten naar technische specificaties en het ondersteunen van ontwikkelteams bij de implementatie.
Sterk in communicatie met zowel interne als externe stakeholders, inclusief pakketleveranciers en ontwikkelaars.
Bekwaam in functionele validatie en testen om hoogwaardige softwareoplossingen te garanderen.
Expertise & Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Analyse & Integratie: Diepgaande kennisopbouw van facturatie/accounting pakketten en hun mogelijkheden voor betaalstatussen en betalingsopvolging.
- API & Technische Specificaties: Bestuderen van API-documentatie en vertalen naar technische specificaties voor ontwikkelaars.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Onderhouden van communicatie met softwareleveranciers en interne teams.
- Functionele Validatie & Testing: Testen van opgeleverde ontwikkelingen en zorgen voor correcte implementatie.
- Technische Ondersteuning: Functionele ondersteuning bieden aan developers voor een efficiënte implementatie.
