Our client is looking for an Office Solution Architect
As part of the implementation and optimization of Office 365, with an initial focus on SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps, the company is seeking the services of a Senior Office 365 Solution Architect within its IT department.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Office 365 Solution Architect is to establish governance and a functional architecture (focused on end-user experience) for the relevant applications (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) and to create a Center of Excellence for Microsoft technologies. This will support various projects such as CSRD-Taxonomy and others that already use SharePoint, albeit suboptimally. Additionally, the role involves addressing requirements related to ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards.
Expected Deliverables
- Design and implementation of an architectural solution for O365 components based on end-user needs, while complying with ISO 27001 and NIS2 standards
- Establishment of governance (based on Microsoft best practices) for the various O365 components used, such as SharePoint and Power BI
- Creation and management of a Microsoft technologies Center of Excellence to help the company streamline and improve the use of O365 tools
- Support for the development and implementation of SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Migration of legacy SharePoint environments to the new SharePoint architecture
- Implementation of document and data retention management, including access control and compliance with legal and company policies
- Management of identified initiatives at the O365 level
