Context of the mission / Objective(s) of the job
The Information Systems (IS) Assets, Finance & Risk team, which is responsible for building and maintaining all IT applications for the CIO, CRO and CFO functions within the company, is looking for a functional designer with focus on end-to-end approach and good communication skills, adapted to the different stakeholders of the project.
The candidate will work within the IT organisation on the Finance reengineering programme, aiming to implement new financial tools.
In his role, he will discuss requirements for setting up robust IT applications for crucial data-oriented processes, analyse them and design IT solutions. The solution will cover domains such as data in- & output, data transformation, data extraction, storage & traceability, user interface, cloud reporting, event driven architecture etc. The candidate will also follow up on the implementation of his designs and participate in testing (and test cases design). The candidate may also participate in technical analyses in other domains of Finance programme.
Proven experience with user requirements gathering and functional analysis in an IT environment is a must.
The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context. He will join a young team where he can help shape solutions in a new domain .

7. Objective of the job
Main objectives:
- Ensure quality of Functional and technical design of the solution components (be able to coach junior team members)
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ;
- Follow-up of implementation team ;
- Describing the test scenarios and performing/organising the test execution.
- Help build positive team spirit.
Additional objectives:
- Follow-up of Acceptance Testing ;
- Ensure regular progress reporting to the Management.
