Our client is looking for an assetmanager (SAP)
The Asset Financial Management team is responsible for the following activities:
- Overseeing and managing the asset base and tracking capital expenditure (capex) projects across various projects within the company, ensuring compliance with BE GAAP and IFRS.
- Financial asset management, including setting the accounting borders of capex, maintaining a complete and accurate asset register of the technical assets of the TSO, tracking financial spending, monthly reporting, compliance and documentation, and process improvement.
- Mapping technical grid infrastructure (and/or digital tools) concepts with accounting logics.
Temporary Support Role
The team is seeking temporary support to assist with technical-financial asset management tasks.
- Analysis and validation of allocation structures (WBS structure) in infrastructure projects related to CAPEX investments created in SAP, using SAP Budget Builder (customized tool in SAP for upstream preparation of the imputation schedule), then taken over in SAP PS and SAP FI-AA.
- Daily management of assets in the tool (Asstek – internally developed tool) and simultaneously in SAP (FI/AA) by registering events such as commissioning, decommissioning, sale, etc. This task is similar to data management of the financial inventory of assets mapped with the technical data register.
- Supporting the team with other tasks, including updating documentation.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in fixed assets management and/or data management (master data) in SAP.
- Demonstrated technical affinity (electricity sector, project management, etc.).
- Knowledge of and/or affinity with the client's technical installations (substations, lines, and high-voltage cables) or willingness to take a short accelerated training course.
- Good knowledge of SAP Module PS and/or FI-AA and MS Office.

- Fluency in French and/or Dutch.
