Our client is looking for a Salesforce Analyst.
The mission involves an end-to-end implementation project of a Salesforce Service Cloud module to enhance the Customer Care services of STIB. The mission will be carried out within the IT “Sales Solutions” department of STIB, in the CRM team.
Objectives: The functional consultant's objective is to ensure the functional design and configuration of the Salesforce solution based on defined requirements, as well as additional analyses and workshops if necessary. The consultant is responsible for the compliance and proper execution of developments according to the described needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the project manager in communication with the project team and all other stakeholders
- Perform solution design based on functional requirements and document it in user stories
- Configure and implement user stories
- Conduct unit tests
- Write test scripts for test campaigns
- Support E2E/SIT & UAT test campaigns
- Train future users of the solution
- Correct incidents detected during test campaigns
- Support users during deployment
- Create release notes and As Built documentation
- Deploy developments in the determined environments
In parallel with this implementation mission, the consultant will have responsibilities regarding the proper execution of CRM maintenance (incident management and new requests) for the Salesforce tools (Sales & Service Cloud) already implemented at STIB.
