Our client is looking for a SAP BI Developer.
We are seeking an SAP BI Developer to support our SAP BI product within our organization. The role involves handling all technical-related product questions and collaborating with product teams and key users to identify and implement optimal solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Address all technical-related product questions.
- Requirements Management: Work on prioritized activities from requirements management to technical implementation and go-live. Provide active consultancy in requirement management, critically challenging requirements to ensure sustainability and maintainability.
- Product Evolution: Contribute to the technical evolution of the BI landscape, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BO for entities in two different countries.
Specific Tasks:
- Implement SAP BI requirements for the BI landscape (BW/4HANA, BPC11, SAP BO, SAC).
- Document developments and hand over results to relevant teams.
- Perform data analysis to ensure data quality.
- Analyze requirements, create specifications, support testing, and transport developments into production systems.
- Conduct SAP BW and HANA modeling.
- Create and customize data extractions from SAP and non-SAP sources.
- Develop and customize BW Queries and SAP BO Analysis Workbooks.
- Create and customize dashboards in SAC.
- Manage authorizations, analyze and define necessary authorizations, and coordinate with the authorization team.
Requirements:
- In-depth technical understanding of ABAP and ODATA.
- Extensive experience with SAP Analytics tools (SAP BW/4HANA, ABAP, Datasphere, S/4HANA, CDS Views, SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office, BPC).
- Strong knowledge of both backend and frontend.
- Extensive experience in ABAP, data extraction, data modeling, BW system administration, and BW query creation.
- Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and experience with Jira.
- Team player.
- Languages: English and Dutch/French/German.

- Location: The team works from the Sablon and Empereur building in central Brussels (near Central station). On-site presence in Brussels is required 2 days per week, with up to 3 days remote work possible. Occasional travel to Berlin (1-3 days per year) may be required.
