Our client is looking for a HCM Business Analyst.
Role Overview: We are transitioning our SAP IT operating model to a product-oriented approach and are seeking a Business Analyst to support our Group SAP HR+ product. The role involves both the operation of current solutions and the implementation of new tools and solutions, following a SCRUM/Agile approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Product Team to analyze, describe, and define business requirements and their modeling.
- User Stories: Define and validate user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Testing Support: Prepare test scenarios and support test and acceptance processes.
- Application Support: Provide 2nd level support for applications provided by the HR+ product.
- Bug Analysis: Identify and analyze system bugs, proposing solutions for correction.
- Consultancy: Advise the Product Owner and challenge functional specifications to ensure optimal IT solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and product teams in Germany and Belgium to evaluate, prioritize, and plan product development and maintenance.
- Workshops and Training: Prepare and implement workshops and training courses.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop specialist reporting and implement data analyses to support business decisions.
- Requirement Management: Independently manage new requirements, write functional specifications, and document technologies.
- Technical Alignment: Ensure technical solutions fit business processes and align with corresponding products on interfaces and dependencies (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Procurement).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with S/4HANA and SAP HCM module, including standard functionality and extension possibilities.
- Experience working in a Fiori context.
- Knowledge of SAP Time (PT) and Payroll (PY) is a plus.
- Knowledge of complex systems integration within SAP modules and technologies (SAP S/4HANA, HCM, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- Experience setting up and maintaining custom Fiori apps is a plus.
- Understanding of Business Partner integration logic is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (SAP public and/or private Cloud) is a plus.

- Ability to bridge the gap between business and the HR+ product team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with users and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of BPMN and UML, and functional documentation skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and one of the following Dutch/French/German.
Additional Information:
- General willingness to travel (3-5 times a year).
- Work location: Empereur/Sablon, 2 days on-site.
