Our client is looking for an E2E Functional Lead
Description
- Results-driven and detail-oriented End-to-End feature/initiative owner (first focus on New Business within eCaaS program)
- Strong background in:
- Non-life, car business
- Process integration, solution design, and cross-functional domain coordination (Non-life, Channels, Finance, IT4IT)
- Digital solutions (API design)
- Familiar with complex implementations and transformations across multiple teams, ensuring seamless alignment between
- business requirements and system capabilities
- different delivery factories involved in the delivery of the new business feature/initiative.
- Experienced in effectively managing cross-functional teams, identifying process gaps, and delivering scalable, integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience in line with architectural blueprint.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills to
- Align different stakeholders on the E2E view
- Coordinate/steer and follow-up activities needed to address gaps, issues, concerns with focus on E2E process and solution
- Gatekeeper for change requests, identify and monitor new changes brought to the program ensuring they are handled following designed governance process
- Part of the program cockpit,
- Collaborates and supports as team member (in her role as functional lead) the steering of the program
- Ensures alignment between functional track and the other tracks in the program: delivery, test, architecture, change and communication
- Responsible for the eCaaS board meetings (preparation, facilitation, confirm
