Our client is looking for a Scrum Master.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with over 5 years of experience in managing scrum teams under the Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and demonstrable experience working in a data environment. You will support a multidisciplinary team of approximately 28 different experts, including functional analysts, developers, and business analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the scrum process by applying the Agile methodology.
- Facilitate the team to enhance creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Remove impediments for the scrum team.
- Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings.
- Arrange daily stand-up meetings.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and preparing it for the next sprint.
- Organize and facilitate retrospective meetings.
